We consider complaints as your gift to us to improve our business. We appreciate the fact that you took the time and had the guts to express your opinion. Your opinion is valuable to us because you, as an investor, are part owner in this business as we are as well. We are partners and partners must respect each other. Prior to submitting your complaints, however, please consider that while for you this is a relatively small commitment, for us it is our career and livelihood. We have been working for years to make this work and it is now our time to reap the benefits of our labor so we can share them with you.

 

We are the first and most powerful in a category that is beginning to emerge at this very moment. If we don't ALL move our asses and get things done RIGHT NOW we will miss this opportunity to be the first and rip all the benefits that come with being the first. Hopefully, you will recognize why we desperately need your help.

 

As with everything new that has never been done before, there have been delays. But we can no longer afford any more delays. There is only a handful of us and are already working 2 shifts to get all the things done properly. If your complaint is constructive criticism that will improve our business we will be grateful. At the moment we need those kinds of complaints because they are in effect contributions.

 

Now if you complaint because we are late, our answer to you will be this:

We know that we are late. It's as important to us to solve this problem as it is for you. What are you going to do about it?

 

We suggest that you get into the marketing forum and start learning and promoting like crazy.

 

Some members send us complaints that clearly indicate that they have not even read their agreement. The response to this is: Please read your Agreement. We are working day and night to make a success out of you and you have not even bothered to red your agreement and you expect us to take up more of our time to answer your complaints?

 

To succeed we would need to have all the team members take the training and offer their contribution. Trivial or non-constructive complaints will neither be responded. nor allowed in the Forums. The Forums have been designed to be a work area for those that want to make money and become REAL, successful players in the adult entertainment industry. .Hostile members will be thrown out of the forums and ignored.

 

Now by ignored we don't mean that we will not do our best to serve them. They are still an actor/investors and their success is interwoven with ours. We can only succeed if they succeed. So we have no option but to serve them as best as we can in spite of their behavior. But we do not have to take his abuse, his threats nor waste our time responding to his emails.
